COSPAR 2022, 44th SCIENTIFIC ASSEMBLY

During 16-24 July 2022, in Athens, the 44th series of the assembly of the Committee on Space Research took (COSPAR) took place. COSPAR 2022 is the largest international assembly of Space Research and Technology world-wide, that also included participation of NASA, ESA and other Space Agencies. Spectacular announcements were also made related to the groundbreaking James Webb Telescope!
INASCO HELLAS participated in COSPAR 2022, as a founding member of the Hellenic Association of Space Industry (HASI) together with other industrial members of HASI in a central pavilion, under the auspice and with the support of ENTERPRISE GREECE.
The HASI pavilion was visited by the Minister of Digital Governance Mr. Kyriakos Pierrakakis, and also by a number of high-ranking officials of the Hellenic Government. INASCO HELLAS had the opportunity to present to a general audience of STEM graduates and scientists the accomplishments of the Hellenic Space Industry.
Our participation in COSPAR22 was an excellent networking opportunity and stage for INASCO to present its recent technological achievements and latest contributions in flagship ESA space missions (JUICE, PLATO, EnVision), to Space scientists and members of the participating international Space Agencies, to STEM graduates, and to the high-ranking members of the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance.
